Participant understands and acknowledges that their physical condition is unique, and what is appropriate for one person may not be for another. Participant is solely responsible for:

• Performing the exercises and techniques safely and with proper form.
• Consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially during pregnancy or the postpartum period.
• Modifying or discontinuing any exercise or technique that causes pain or discomfort.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participating in the Course, including but not limited to:

• The risk of physical injury or harm.
• The risk of aggravating pre-existing conditions.
• The risk of developing new conditions.

5. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Alli Karlik/Hope Physical Therapy, its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, suits, demands, losses, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or relating to Participant's participation in the Course, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims for:

• Negligence.
• Breach of contract.
• Personal injury.
• Emotional distress.

6. No Guarantees

Alli Karlik/Hope Physical Therapy makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of participating in the Course.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, handouts, and presentations, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without the express written permission of Alli Karlik/Hope Physical Therapy.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alaska.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing and accessing this Course, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Waiver of Liability.
