My name is Alli Karlik. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and trained in Orthopedics and Pelvic Floor. I am a mother of 2 and have recovered from my own pelvic floor symptoms. I am passionate about educating mothers to help guide them during the postpartum journey to reduce symptoms and facilitate healing. I love making exercise and wellness fun and exciting to help make it a consistent and enjoyable part of people's lives. I am a wellness enthusiast, constantly in awe of our bodies innate ability to heal. I am a lifelong Alaskan and love to spend my time outdoors being active with my family.
